Spence comes into the fight unbeaten, with 25 victories, since making his professional debut in 2012.

The southpaw boxer from Long Island New York will be looking to see-off Porter and become one step closer to making a super-fight with WBO world welterweight champion Terrence Crawford.

Despite being smaller in reach and height, Porter brings a lot of experience into the ring, fighting more than twice as many professional rounds than Spence.

During the build up Porter has claimed Spence will have “met his match” when the two fighter step into the ring on Saturday night.

Spence has been a welterweight champion since his 2017 win over Kell Brook (one of just two people to beat Porter). “The Truth” defended his title against Lamont Peterson and later Carlos Ocampo in a mismatch, then dispatched former lightweight champ Mikey Garcia earlier this year. Porter won the vacant WBC title in a close battle with Danny Garcia last September, then edged out Yordenis Ugas on the scorecards this past March to set up this big showdown. It is Spence who is the heavy favorite, but Porter is the first real welterweight test for Errol since the Brook bout. We shall see if Porter’s aggressive, roughhousing, pressure style is effective against a more technical, powerful boxer who’s not easy to pressure and is even more dangerous on the front foot.

Bloody Elbow is here to provide you full coverage of Spence vs. Porter. Here are the basic details on who’s fighting on Saturday night, how you can watch the card, where you can catch a live stream, and more.
